Welcome to the official online boutique of Eclixarion Hat Atelier (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us" or "seller"). These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases of merchandise ("Merchandise") made through our website www.eclixarion.com ("Site").

Please read and understand these Terms carefully before submitting your order. By submitting an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.

1. Product Information and Availability

1.1 Product Description

We are committed to ensuring that the product information, descriptions and images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible to a high standard. However, due to differences in screen settings of display devices or the uniqueness of natural materials (e.g. leather, felt), the color, texture or details of goods may differ slightly from the real thing. Such differences should not be regarded as a problem of quality or a misrepresentation of the goods.

1.2 Availability of goods

All goods displayed on this website are subject to availability. By adding an item to your shopping cart we do not guarantee that the item will be in stock. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of canceling your order and receiving a full refund, or waiting for a restocking (if possible).

1.3 Purchase Quantity Limits

In order to ensure greater customer access and to discourage unauthorized commercial resale, we reserve the right to impose limits on the number of items that may be purchased for a single order or linked account.

2. Prices, Taxes and Payments

2.1 Prices and Currency

All prices of goods on the Site are stated in United States Dollars (USD) or Chinese Yuan (CNY), depending on the version of the Site you are on. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have sent you a Shipment Confirmation e-mail.

2.2 Taxes and Duties

• For orders placed in Mainland China: The prices of goods are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
• For international orders (outside mainland China): the price of goods is EXW (ex works) and does not include import duties, VAT, GST or any other taxes imposed by any destination country. The customer (i.e. the buyer) is solely responsible for understanding and paying for all such import-related charges.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

2.4 Payment Processing

We will pre-authorize your payment method when you submit your order. The actual deduction of payment usually occurs when your ordered item is ready to be shipped. You warrant that you have the right to use the chosen payment method and authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to debit your account for the total amount of the order.

3. Order Process and Contract Formation

3.1 Order Process

You are required to follow the guidelines on the Website to select an item, add it to your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout page, provide accurate personal information and delivery address, and select a payment method in order to complete the order submission.

3.2 Legal Nature of Orders

The order you submit constitutes a legally binding offer to purchase goods from us.

3.3 Acknowledgment of Receipt of Order

After you have submitted your order, you will receive an automatic "Order Receipt Confirmation" email. Please note that this email is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order offer and does not mean that we have accepted your order and that a contract of sale has not yet been formed.

3.4 Acceptance of order and formation of contract

Only when we send you a Delivery Confirmation Email stating that the goods have been shipped does this constitute formal acceptance of your order offer and a contract of sale between the parties (the "Contract") is formed. The Contract only covers the products listed in the Shipment Confirmation Email.

3.5 Our right to refuse an order

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to the formation of the Contract. Possible reasons include, but are not limited to: the item is out of stock, payment authorization fails, we identify an error in the price or description of the item, or we suspect that the order was placed with fraudulent or resale intent.

4. Distribution and Delivery

4.1 Distribution

We offer a worldwide delivery service, but there may be areas that we are unable to deliver to due to legal or logistical constraints.

4.2 Delivery Time

The delivery time we provide on the checkout page is only an estimate and does not constitute a binding commitment. The actual delivery time may change due to customs clearance, logistics delays and other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by you in the order. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and secure delivery address.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

5.1 Return Period

You may request the return of eligible items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

5.2 Return conditions

Merchandise requested for return must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be in new, unused, unwashed or undamaged condition.
• All original tags (including security tags) must be intact and attached to the merchandise.
• All original packaging (e.g. cap box, dust bag, certificate card, etc.) must be included.

5.3 Non-returnable merchandise

• All merchandise that is personalized (including engraved, special size or material customization) is non-returnable or non-refundable.
• Merchandise clearly labeled as "Final Sale" or "Final Sale".

5.4 Returns and Refunds

You can return any item to contact our customer service at support@eclixarion.com to initiate the return process. Once we have received the returned item(s) and inspected them to confirm that they are eligible for return, we will refund the appropriate amount to you within 7-10 business days in accordance with the original payment route. Shipping charges and any duties/taxes incurred on the original order will not be refunded.

6. Authenticity Guarantee and Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all goods sold through the Site are official and genuine Eclixarion Hatworks products.

6.2 Intellectual Property Rights

The Eclixarion brand name, trademarks, logos, product designs, images and all content associated with the Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Eclixarion. Any reproduction, reprinting, modification or use in any form without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of these Terms or the sale of goods. Our entire liability under any contract shall be capped at the total purchase price of the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms and all contracts and disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be resolved through friendly negotiation as a matter of priority. If the negotiation fails, it shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism (tiered mediation and arbitration/litigation) stipulated in our Terms of Service.
